Hello Siena Families,
We are very excited to announce that SCOS Parent Council will be hosting a Year End Event this year for
all of our families to come together as a community.
Pre-Covid we would always host a year end event for families to come together and celebrate the end of
the school year and enjoy time with friends. Finally after taking a couple years off, we are able to bring
back this exciting event.
Details
Date: June 15th, 2022
Time: 5 pm to 7 pm
Where: St. Catherine of Siena School (outdoor yard).
What: Pizza and beverages outdoors with interactive inflatables for all to enjoy!
Food
We will be offering pizza for sale (pre-ordered through cash online). Council is providing drinks and
chips free of charge to those in attendance.
Pizza will be offered either by the slice or as a whole pizza (8 slices), with delivery times at either 5 pm or
6 pm (please choose the time you think you will be there with your family)
• Cheese and Pepperoni pizza will be offered at $2.50 / slice or $15 / whole pizza.
• Vegetarian pizza (tomatoes, green peppers, onions and mushrooms) will be offered at
$3 / slice or $20 / whole pizza.
• Supreme pizza (pepperoni mushroom, green peppers and sausage) will be offered at $3/ slice or $20 / whole pizza.
The pizza slices will not be individually boxed as we do during our hot lunch program. As well, this is not
a fundraising event therefore pricing is different from that offered during our hot lunch program.
Pizza sales will begin today June 6th, 2022 via School Cash online and will close on Monday June 13th,2022. Please order early!!
Entertainment
For entertainment we will have a few interactive inflatables for the children to enjoy! These are always enjoyed by our children. We are hoping to have a few added surprises as well.
