The London District Catholic School Board will be honouring Truth and Reconciliation week from September 23- September 27. Orange Shirt Day will be commemorated on Monday September 30. During this time, we acknowledge the inter-generational trauma created by residential schools in Canada. The LDCSB recognizes Orange Shirt Day as an important step in reconciliation, and with the neighbouring Indigenous nations Chippewas of the Thames First Nation, Munsee Delaware Nation, and Oneida Nation of the Thames.
